The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Return Policy:

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy - therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item you ordered from us that is in new, unused condition may be returned for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges not included). We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days from the day you receive your package. Please provide invoice # with any returned items and Email us before returning your items. Your returned items must be free of damage, put back in original packaging and in good condition that can be resold.  Any items not immediately reported to us by email as broken or not received, the cost of those items will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Special Orders - No return on special order or close-out items.

Backorder Policy

We strive to have all products ready for shipment within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, however, their are times when items are not available. We will notify you of any delays in shipping and you have the option to cancel any items delayed due to backorder.

Damaged Goods Policy

For items that are received damaged due to shipping - cannot process a damage claim until the customer first reports any damages to the shipping agent (UPS) and only if the package was uninsured. UPS insures each package for $100.00 at no charge. Any additional insurance can be added, but at the customers cost.
