Irish Ale WLP004 - The yeast that is from one of the oldest stout producing breweries in the world.  Produces a slight hint of diacetyl, balanced by light fruitiness and dry crispness.  Excellent for Irish ales, Stouts, Porters, Browns, Reds and a very interesting Pale Ale.

Attenuation: 69-74%
Optinum Fermentation Temp: 65-80 Degree F
Flocculation: Medium to High
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High (8-12%)
