Trappist Ale WLP500 - This yeast is from one of the few remaining Trappist breweries still in the world.  It produces a distinct fruitiness and plum characteristics.  Great yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian ales, dubbels and trippels.

Attentuation: 75-80%
Flocculation: Medium to Low
Alcohol Tolerance: High (10-15%)
Optinum Fermentation Temperature: 65-72 Degree F (Lower Temperatures (under 65) will result in less fruity and more earthy beers.)
